We provide this add-on on demand, subject to implementation, validation and separate activation. Expressing interest is nonbinding and does not place an order, activate access or create a charge.
The aim is to summarise selected documents, answer questions about them and compare information across documents with source references. This helps teams find relevant passages faster and focus their review on discrepancies.
Your staff remain responsible for the review and the decision. AI outputs must be checked against the original sources; they do not automatically change AML or KYC decisions.
PDF text is extracted on our server. Before sending, you review the masked excerpts and can mask additional terms. Only the reviewed, masked text is sent to Mistral AI in the EU to select relevant excerpts and review questions. The original PDF files are not sent. Your staff remain responsible for checking the results and making decisions.
Search and processing must also be separated by organisation. Authorised staff may use only the documents and cases they have permission to access.
These requirements, together with hosting, access controls, retention and deletion, will be validated before activation.
