Contact form: name, email address, optionally your company, and your message. We use this solely to answer your inquiry.
Account and usage data: if you apply for a firm account or are a signed-in platform user, we process the data required for that (e.g. name, email, firm affiliation) and security-relevant log data (logins, status changes) via our audit log.
Your own mandates' customer/KYC data: this data belongs to you as a ComplySwiss customer, or to your own client mandates, and is processed on your behalf. Details are governed by a separate data-processing agreement, available on request.
Technical data: visiting the site generates server-side log data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, page requested) and a technically necessary session cookie for the login area. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies.
We process personal data to: respond to inquiries, review and activate an applied-for firm account, operate the platform securely and reliably, and meet statutory retention obligations.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for its purpose or required by law.
